In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the hoki33 website accessible at https://hoki33.cam and all associated services, applications, and content made available thereon.
• "hoki33", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the Platform, a company incorporated and licensed under applicable international gaming regulations.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon registration with hoki33.
• "Funds" means any Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) deposited into or maintained within a Player's Account balance.

• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawal privileges are activated.

To open and maintain an Account with hoki33, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. Persons under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform in any manner.
2. You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming services is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
3. You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or agent of hoki33, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
4. You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contractual obligations under the laws applicable to you.
5. You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the hoki33 Platform for any reason.
6. You must not be registered on any national self-exclusion register or equivalent responsible gaming program that prohibits your participation in online gambling.

hoki33 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close Accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed. Any winnings generated by an ineligible Account shall be forfeited.

Each Player may hold only one (1) Account on the hoki33 Platform. Multiple accounts per individual — whether registered under the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate permanent suspension.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document, a valid email address, a valid Indonesian mobile phone number, and your date of birth. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time verification codes with any third party. hoki33 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account that results from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

hoki33 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

Prior to processing any withdrawal, hoki33 requires all Players to complete identity verification (KYC). This process is designed to confirm your identity, verify your age, and ensure compliance with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations.

You will be required to submit the following documents:

• National Identity Card (KTP): A clear, unaltered photograph or scan of your Indonesian National ID (Kartu Tanda Penduduk) showing all four corners and legible text.
• Proof of Address: A re cent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document (dated within the last three months) showing your full name and residential address.
• Payment Method Verification: Documentation confirming ownership of the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits (e.g., bank statement, e-wallet screenshot showing your name and account ID).

All documents must be in color, fully legible, and unaltered. hoki33 reserves the right to request additional documents or video verification where fraud or impersonation is suspected.

Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of your first deposit may result in temporary suspension of your Account. Accounts that remain unverified for 90 days may be permanently closed, with any remaining balance returned to the original source of deposit (minus applicable processing fees) at hoki33's discretion.

Deposits: All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via approved payment methods including Bank Central Asia (BCA), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and other methods as displayed on the Platform. Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the cashier page and are subject to change.

Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits (deposits made from an account owned by someone other than the registered Account holder) are strictly prohibited. hoki33 reserves the right to reverse any third-party deposit and return the funds to the source, regardless of whether the funds have already been wagered.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals may only be processed after your Account has been fully verified via the KYC process. All withdrawals must be directed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own legal name matching the name on your hoki33 Account.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows: verified Accounts typically receive funds within 1-24 hours during standard banking hours (Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:00 WIB, excluding Indonesian public holidays). Larger withdrawals exceeding IDR 50,000,000 may require additional review and may take up to 72 hours.

hoki33 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal and to request further documentation before approving a withdrawal request. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per calendar month as specified on the Platform.

Fees: hoki33 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control.

hoki33 may from time to time offer Bonuses, promotional offers, free bets, cashback incentives, and other rewards to Players. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, eligible games, and maximum bet restrictions, which are clearly stated on the relevant promotional page.

Unless otherwise stated, all Bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the number of times the Bonus amount (or Bonus plus deposit) must be staked on eligible games before it becomes available for withdrawal. For example, a Bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means that if you receive a Bonus of IDR 100,000, you must place a total of IDR 1,000,000 in eligible bets before the Bonus converts to real funds.

Bonuses are intended for recreational play only. The following actions constitute Bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the Bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account suspension:

• Opening multiple Accounts to claim the same Bonus more than once.
• Engaging in low-risk betting strategies designed solely to convert Bonus funds (e.g., betting on all outcomes of a single event).
• Using automated betting software or scripts to wager Bonus funds.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate Bonus terms.

hoki33 reserves the right to void any Bonus, cancel associated winnings, and close Accounts where Bonus abuse is suspected or confirmed. Each Player is limited to one (1) welcome Bonus or new-player promotion per lifetime.

All bets placed on the hoki33 Platform are governed by the specific rules of each game category (sports betting, live casino, slots, togel, crash games, etc.). These rules are accessible via the "Game Rules" or "Help" sections within each game interface.

Sports Betting: All sports bets are accepted and settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body or league (e.g., FIFA, AFC, BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga). In the event of a match postponement, bets remain valid if the match is rescheduled within 48 hours; otherwise, stakes are refunded. Settlement of disputed outcomes is at the sole discretion of hoki33 based on official sources.

Live Casino & Slots: All live casino games and slot outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems audited by independent third parties. Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless a technical error is confirmed by the game provider.

Maximum Payouts: hoki33 reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits per bet, per day, or per event. These limits are displayed on the relevant betting markets and may vary by sport, game type, or league.

hoki33 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of match-fixing, insider information, technical error, or any other circumstance that compromises the integrity of the wager. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the Player's Account.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the hoki33 Platform and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

1. Fraud & Impersonation: Providing false information during registration, using stolen identity documents, or impersonating another person.
2. Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating more than one Account per individual, or coordinating with other Players to circumvent Account limits.
3. Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage, including sharing information, chip dumping in poker, or placing opposing bets with Bonus funds.
4. Use of Automated Systems: Employing bots, scripts, spiders, scrapers, or any automated software to place bets, access the Platform, or extract data.
5. Exploitation of Errors: Knowingly exploiting technical errors, incorrect odds, or system malfunctions for personal gain. All winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
6. Chargebacks & Payment Fraud: Initiating a chargeback or dispute on a legitimate deposit with your bank or payment provider. Such actions will result in permanent Account closure and referral to fraud prevention authorities.
7. Money Laundering: Using the Platform to disguise the origins of illicit funds or to transfer funds without genuine intent to participate in betting or gaming activities.
8. Underage Gambling: Allowing any person under 21 years of age to access or use your Account, or knowingly facilitating underage gambling in any form.

hoki33 employs advanced fraud detection systems and cooperates with international gaming regulators and law enforcement agencies to detect and prosecute prohibited conduct.

All content on the hoki33 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, trademarks, software, game interfaces, and audiovisual materials, is the exclusive property of hoki33 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written consent from hoki33.

Unauthorized use of hoki33 trademarks, logos, or branding materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hoki33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory.

hoki33 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. We shall not be liable for any downtime, technical malfunctions, server errors, network failures, or delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.

In the event that hoki33 is found liable for any claim related to your use of the Platform, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount deposited into your Account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless hoki33, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the Platform in violation of applicable law.

hoki33 is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information. Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, including the storage and processing of data on servers located outside Indonesia where required for operational purposes.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant international arbitration body.
